Once you buy our software products we continue to offer support and advice to help you to maximise the benefits.

Our highly trained and experienced customer support team is here to assist our licensed users.

We also ensure regular software updates are made available as and when we release them.

By keeping in contact with our licensed users we can also identify new areas of their business needs and, in turn, deliver on these.

Sciencesoft accepts requests for maintenance and support from its licensed users by telephone, email or fax.

We can provide telephone support from 0900 to 1730 GMT, Monday-Friday inclusive, excluding Scottish public holidays.

Licensed users of S3GRAFS3GRAF-3DS3GRAF-HPG and S3connect, who subscribe to annual maintenance and support, will be supplied with regular updates of the software.
